Rosy McMichael's love of makeup started at a very young age as she played with her mother's makeup palettes and observed with wonder at the changes that resulted and how she would one day practice her craft as a cosmetologist. After graduating with high honors from college with a degree in finance and a certificate in teaching, and applying her skills and talent to both areas, she took a leap of faith and love and traveled to Los Angeles to polish her makeup skills. She attended Cinema Makeup School where she learned from the best artists in the business. She returned to Texas where she quickly became one of the best bridal makeup artists in the area. Building on her natural teaching abilities, she created a YouTube channel which she uses to tutor others in how to apply makeup for different occasions including seasonal and fantasy looks. She chose to provide her tutorials in Spanish to reach a lesser-targeted audience than that of other American makeup gurus. Her videos have had over 100 million views and almost 1 million subscribers from all over the world.
